The Strategic Orientation Committee defines the strategic orientations of CONAFE's activities and evaluates their implementation. It is chaired by the Secretary General of the Prime Minister’s Office, and comprises two vice-chairpersons, namely: the Minister in charge of Trade and a representative from the private sector.
The Technical Secretariat is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the CONAFE action plan and recommendations. It is placed under the authority of a Coordinator, who is assisted by a Deputy Coordinator from the private sector. The Coordinator is an official from the Prime Minister’s Office, appointed by the Secretary General of the Prime Minister’s Office.
The Permanent Secretariat is the operational body responsible for coordinating CONAFE’s activities. Established at the Prime Minister’s Office, it is placed under the Coordination of a Permanent Secretary appointed by the Secretary General of the Prime Minister’s Office.
